Baked salmon with dill potatoes
A rich salmon fillet baked in the oven, with warm potatoes tossed in dill.

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 400 g new potatoes, halved
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp dill, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Heat the oven to 190C fan.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, until tender, then drain.
- Put the salmon on a lined tray, season, and bake for 12 to 14 minutes until it flakes.
- Toss the warm potatoes with the olive oil and dill and season.
- Serve the salmon on top.
